Dear Friends in Christ,

It is with great sadness that we inform you that The Rev. Cn. Dr. Robin Hollis passed away this weekend, on February 7th, 2026. Her husband and son were with her in her final moments.

Deacon Robin was an important part of The Episcopal Diocese of Arizona, serving two terms on the Standing Committee, as part of the Diocesan Anti-Racism Ministry Team, and as a Deputy to General Convention. In the wider Episcopal Church, she served on the Standing Commission for Formation and Ministry Development.

She also served as a Chaplain for the Daughters of the King-Phoebe Chapter and was  the Director of the Deacon Formation Academy for over 8 years.

As a Deacon, Robin leaned into her ordination vows of serving all people and especially those in need. She spent most of her ministry at St. James, Tempe, and was an important part of St. Stephen’s, Phoenix for the last few years.  She will be greatly missed.

Arrangements will be announced once they have been confirmed by Deacon Robin’s family.

Please pray for the repose of her soul, and for her family and friends in their grief.

Into your hands, O merciful Savior, we commend your servant Robin. Acknowledge, we humbly beseech you, a sheep of your own fold, a lamb of your own flock, a sinner of your own redeeming. Receive her into the arms of your mercy, into the blessed rest of everlasting peace, and into the glorious company of the saints in light. Amen.

May her soul and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
