St Stephen’s   Announcements                  19 April  2020  

• Sunday April 19^th Worship will be pre-recorded this week. We will try having music and choir, reader, sermon and prayers done on ZOOM and then posted to our St. Stephen’s FaceBook page (found at https://www.facebook.com/St-Stephens-Episcopal-Church-Sierra-Vista-142050989167098 ) or on our website:  ststephensaz.org .  You can access the video at or after the 10:30 am time as a recording.
• The Bishop is coming! To our online Zoom Live worship April 26^th at 10:30am.  We ask that you sign into the Zoom meeting and join us for the Bishop’s time with us and hear her preach and speak with us.  Details about the Zoom meeting are coming soon.
• For Sunday Worship 26^th of April – Create your own “Alleluia!” Sign to hold up each time we say or sing Alleluia during the service. Get colorful/artsy, use glitter, calligraphy, whatever you imagine to make a 8.5 x 11 sign saying ALLELUIA!  Then show us during the service when Alleluia is said or sung.
• We appreciate your maintaining your pledges so that we can stay current with our obligations – Please mail, drop off, or submit your pledges online (see donate button on our website).
• Stephen’s office hours continue to be in flux during the week as we make arrangements for how we will offer worship for our church and take care of church business. Please call the office if you need to come to the office to ensure someone is there for you.
• Allison can be reached via home phone: 520-335-2436 (after hours/emergency), or cell: 562-743-3784 if you need/want to speak with her.
• Church meeting space remains available for support groups. 12-Step groups to follow distancing requirements and sanitization protocol.  These meetings provide valuable support to our community during these stressful times.  We are leaving the decision to meet or not up to each group based on their own needs and concerns.  The facility remains available and we are disinfecting with bleach and other cleaners.
• Vestry members and your rector will keep in touch through phone calls and emails – Please let us know how frequently you would like to be contacted… we want to be here for you but not pester you.
