Dear St. Stephen’s,
If you are watching the news regularly, you may note that there is an ongoing and growing need for masks that doctors and nurses can use. The shortage is unlikely to be fixed by the government in the time needed. If you are a sewing skilled person, there are a number of youtube videos that demonstrate how to sew a face mask. See this one for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KIR1tLAz8RM.

While we are looking for things to do under our current restrictions, some of us may be able to sew some of these masks…. I will then see how we can donate them.

Peace,
Allison
