Dear St. Stephen’s members and friends,
It is with heavy heart that I tell you that Mark Sowards’ father has passed from this life into his eternal life. He died peacefully at home with his family around him on Tuesday morning, August 3rd. Please keep Mark, Nick (Mark’s son), and May (Mark’s mom) in your prayers as they grieve their loss. A memorial service will be held in the near future at St. Stephen’s, details to follow.

Into your hands, O merciful Savior, we commend your servant Bill. Acknowledge, we humbly beseech you, a sheep of your own fold, a lamb of your own flock, a sinner of your own redeeming. Receive him into the arms of your mercy, into the blessed rest of everlasting peace, and into the glorious company of the saints in light. Amen. |
